The company believes that working conditions for every employee can be made safe by eliminating hazards and by safety education. Good safety practices are a part of our operations procedure. Most accidents are the result of mistakes and can be corrected, that is by training, motivation, planning and supervision. Nothing takes the place of good common sense and taking enough time to plan your work adequately.

WORKING POLICY
Ice Millennium Limited is providing employment opportunities in accordance with applicable local and international statutory legislation to ensure good administrative procedures and working relation.
The working policy manual therefore, provides the basic guidelines to assist management, staffand vendors to understand and interpret
interface relationship; company's working policy, procedure and goals in various situations.

Management is committed to this policy and has put in place a series of procedures to ensure that its operations are consonant with the highest Quality Standards and client expectations. All the Company's employees, contractors, subcontractors and other operators are accordingly required to conform to these procedures

SAFETY POLICY
Ice Millennium Limited recognizes the paramount importance of the safety of her employees, clients and the general public. The company is committed to conducting all her business and operations in healthy and safe manner by consistently applying safety practices, rules and guidelines covering all aspects of our operations comply with our clients' standards and obey all Government rules and regulations affecting our business and operations.
As a body of professional, it is the policy of the company that all services, no matter how small, must be carried out in such away that:
1.We avoid any injury to preserve the health and safety of our staff, clients and members of the public who may be exposed to our operations.
2.Incidents or accidents that can result in loss of time to our clients are prevented through near miss and unsafe act/condition reporting, tool box. Meeting in all jobs, regular safety meeting and training.
3.Damage/loss of equipment and injury to or loss of any personnel isavoided by training all employees to perform their jobs properly and safely. The company insists on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees to avert health hazards associated with chemicals and equipment.
